That does not authenticate “NINE1NINE.” A fake can be designed around details that are already public. The existence of official beaches and clubs only means the alleged scenes fit the known world; it does not establish that the specific footage is real.

Rockstar's official announcement says Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will premiere on Netflix on Thursday, August 27 at 3 p.m. ET. It is also scheduled for Rockstar's YouTube channel and GTA 6 website at 9 p.m. ET the same day.
As of August 25, Rockstar has not announced that the alleged leaks changed or canceled that plan. The official presentation is far more useful than isolated clips because Rockstar can identify the build, provide context and explain systems instead of leaving viewers to infer meaning from a few seconds of unfinished material.
